• Cancellation Policy

Arizona MedLaser has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of prepaid services booked.

• Return Policy

No Refunds: Once you have purchased products, service packages, or pre-paid treatments, we do not offer refunds. We stand behind the quality of our products and services, but due to the nature of our offerings, we cannot provide refunds for used or partially used treatments.
Unused Services: If, for any reason, you are unable to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, we may extend credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price. This credit can be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Arizona MedLaser.
Product Exchange: We want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchases. If you have purchased a product from us and it remains unopened, you may exchange it for an alternative product within 7 days of purchase.

• Treatment Outcomes

Arizona MedLaser values honesty and transparency in all our dealings with clients. It is important to note that aesthetics is not an exact science, and individual responses to treatments can vary. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for each client, we cannot guarantee specific results. Payments made for services are for the treatments to be performed, not for a guaranteed result.

• Revisional Treatment or Treatment of Complications

Medical Practice Disclaimer: Aesthetics and medical spa treatments involve the practice of medicine, which is not an exact science. While we anticipate good results, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the actual results you may achieve.
Additional Treatments: In some cases, additional treatments or treatment for complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible. Our team of experienced professionals will work closely with you to address any concerns and ensure you have a positive experience.
